Nick Jackuchan’s journey is a story of resilience, hard work, and passion. Born in Bangkok, Thailand, he moved to the United States in 2006 at the age of 15, facing the challenges of a new language and culture head-on. He started his career in his family’s restaurant, where he quickly learned the value of dedication and excellent customer service, skills that would become the foundation of his future success.

Nick’s career evolved when he transitioned into sales in 2014, joining Verizon as a sales consultant. His exceptional ability to connect with clients propelled him to the role of store manager, where he honed his skills in communication, leadership, and relationship building. In 2018, he entered the automotive industry, further refining his sales expertise.

However, it wasn’t until 2022 that Nick discovered his true passion—real estate. Armed with a wealth of experience and a commitment to building meaningful relationships, he launched his solo career with Real Broker, founding the Jackuchan Group. In just two years, Nick has closed 65 transactions, generating over $25 million in sales volume. His approach is rooted in empathy, integrity, and a genuine desire to help people achieve their dreams of homeownership.

Outside of his professional life, Nick is a devoted husband to his wife of 13 years, Kimberly, and a proud father to their daughter, Matteya. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him enjoying quality time with his family or passionately discussing his favorite soccer team, Manchester United.
